“I made a mistake while booking my tickets. Can I exchange for another performance?”

Yes! Give our Box Office a call at 510-524-9132 Tuesday-Friday from 4-6PM and we’ll be happy to assist.

“What about refunds?”

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If available, we can give you an exchange for another performance or a credit on your account.

“Is there parking near the theatre?”

Yes! There is a public parking lot behind the theatre on Pomona Avenue, as well as free street parking.

“I don’t have a physical ticket. What can I do?”
As long as you have the receipt on your phone displaying the date, time, and seating for your performance, just show that to our House Staff and you’re all set!



”But I really want a physical ticket!”
No worries! Swing by the Box Office and we’ll give you a hard copy of your ticket.

“Y’all got anything to eat or drink over there?”
We sell concessions before all performances, including coffee (provided by Well Grounded Coffee and Tea), tea, water, soda, and snacks. All items may be enjoyed during the performance.



”What about adult beverages?”
Our Board of Directors has decided not to sell wine or beer before performances at Contra Costa Civic Theatre.
