Ticketing FAQ

Q: “I’m having trouble logging into the new system.”
A: If you purchased tickets from us before, you should already have an account. The first time you log in, you need to set a password. Click “Logging in for the first time?” then provide the email we have on file for you. You’ll get a link in email to set a new password.

Q: “Do I need to log in to buy a ticket or make a donation?”
A: No! Just make sure you give us the email associated with your account when prompted. The sale will automatically be linked with your account. However, you need to log in to see any account information.

Q: “I don’t know what email address you have for me. What do I do?”
A: Just drop us a line at boxoffice@ccct.org. Make sure you give us your first and last name, and a phone number where we can reach you if we have questions.

Q: Why don’t I see all of my history?
A: As we transition to the new ticketing system, some data will be imported later.

Q: “I made a mistake booking my tickets. Can I exchange for another performance?”
A: Yes! Subscribers can exchange tickets for another date up to one hour before the performance. Single ticket holders can exchange up to 24 hours in advance. All exchanges are subject to availability. Email us at boxoffice@ccct.org or call the box office at 510-524-9132 and we’ll be happy to assist.

Q: “Can I get a refund?”
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If available, we can exchange your ticket for another performance.

Q: “I don’t have a physical ticket. What can I do?”
A: When you purchase tickets, we send you a receipt with all the details, including your seat location. You can bring that on your phone, or print it out. Or just check with any member of our house staff at the door and we’ll help get you to your seat.
