Contra Costa Civic Theatre, established in 1960 in El Cerrito, CA is seeking a Managing Director (MD). The MD reports to the Board of Directors and works collaboratively with the Artistic Director. The MD is a leader, responsible for maintaining an effective team internally, evangelizing CCCT to our patrons and extended community, and cultivating effective relationships with all aspects of the organization. The MD is responsible for generating, directing, and overseeing the day-to-day administrative, marketing, fundraising and other non-artistic activities in a thriving community theater, entering its 54th season in the fall. Bettianne and Louis Flynn founded Contra Costa Civic Theatre (CCCT) in 1959 with a vision to establish a quality community theatre in El Cerrito. We are excited to be preparing for our 54th season!
